- Toss the small-sized brush that comes with the blush. If you want perfect application, use a professional blush brush instead.
- For gel and cream blush, dab it on with your finger and blend.
- To give your face a slimmer look, get a duo-shade blush compact. Apply the lighter color onto the apples of your cheeks and sweep the darker shade along the line of your cheekbones. Then blend.
- Gone overboard with the blush? Dust a little translucent powder over it to tone down the color. For cream blush, blot the pigment off with a tissue.
